Meet Joshua McGrath

Josh McGrath is a respected real estate broker, entrepreneur, and national speaker with over two decades of industry experience. A lifelong West Virginian, he earned his real estate license at just 18 and went on to found Real Estate Central—now a seven-office firm with 140+ REALTORS®, serving WV and Eastern Kentucky.

As the first and only Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate affiliate in the state, Josh has led his company to multiple awards, including four consecutive Best in the Valley honors. He’s a two-time REALTOR® of the Year, a national industry advocate, and founder of REC Kickin’ Cancer, a nonprofit supporting REALTORS® battling cancer.

When he’s not leading or mentoring agents, Josh enjoys traveling, speaking across the country, and spending time with his two dogs, Mavis and Opal.
